JOB SUMMARY:
As a Healthcare AI Solutions Developer, you will work closely with finance, teams to identify opportunities where Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies can streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance productivity. You will help design and implement practical AI solutions, automate repetitive tasks, develop reporting tools, and support the adoption of AI capabilities across the organization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, healthcare, technology, and innovation while gaining hands-on experience applying emerging AI tools in a large and complex healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve workflows through AI and automation
Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related technologies
Create automated reports, dashboards, and productivity tools
Analyze existing business processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Prototype and test AI-powered solutions to address operational challenges
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Support AI literacy and user adoption through training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases relevant to healthcare operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Design Engineering, Data Science, or a related program
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, APIs, or automation tools is an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and experiment with emerging technologies
