Role Description:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian low code platform

Build scalable, record centric applications using Appian best practices

Develop SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, and integrations

Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

Lead design discussions and perform code reviews

Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Support deployments across Dev, QA, and Production environments

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams

Support UAT, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives Managerial skills, nice to have

Ability to lead small development teams and own delivery of assigned modules

Mentor and coach junior developers on Appian best practices and design standards

Conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions

Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams

Track progress, identify risks, and raise issues escalations proactively

Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and Appian development standards

Support release planning, cutover activities, and postproduction stabilization

Provide input on resourcing, technical dependencies, and solution feasibility

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
