Role Description:

Lead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade JavaJ2EE applications. Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs and gRPC services for scalable systems.

Design and implement microservices-based architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Develop and integrate services using REST, JSON, SOAPWSDL, and XML protocols. Implement APIs using frameworks such as Spri ng Boot, light4j, and gRPC.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support high-volume transactional systems.

Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.

Apply and enforce secure coding practices to meet enterprise security standards.

Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

Design and implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached) for performance optimization.

Work with cloud teams to deploy and manage applications on AzureAWSGCP platforms.

Contribute to system architecture decisions for large-scale, distributed environments.

Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in development and design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skill Set:

Java Spring Boot (Java21), Microservices REST gRPC, WSDLSOAP, XML, JSON, SQL (advanced), Implement APIs based on architecture frameworks (light4j, Spring Spring boot, gRPC framework), Cache frame work - Redis, IBM MQ, Java Quarkus framework, Cloud experience, System design capability, Secure coding code review experience, BFSI domain knowledge
