About The Role

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the Dove Skin Cleansing team. In this role, you’ll act as a key business owner, driving growth across Dove Bars, Premium, and Baby – one of the most strategic portfolios within the category.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics.

What You’ll Do
Drive Brand & Business Growth
Own the day-to-day performance of your portfolio, delivering against key KPIs including market share and revenue
Translate category, consumer, and competitive insights into clear growth strategies
Contribute to annual brand planning and long-term growth strategy
Lead Innovation & Go-to-Market Execution
Partner with global teams to bring winning innovation to the Canadian market
Lead end-to-end execution of launches, from concept through to in-store and eCommerce
Develop compelling commercialization and sell-in plans to drive retailer adoption and strong in-market performance
Shape Modern, Integrated Marketing
Lead local communications planning across digital, social, influencer, and traditional channels
Develop culturally relevant campaigns that build brand equity, create awareness and drive engagement
Partner with agency teams to execute and optimize campaigns using a test-and-learn approach
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external partners to deliver results
Ensure alignment between brand priorities and customer strategies
Lead projects with pace, structure, and attention to detail
Optimize Performance
Track business and campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
Continuously optimize plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within CPG or consumer goods
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Experience working on integrated campaigns, including digital, social, and influencer marketing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and storytelling skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority

Our Commitment to Inclusion
Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,900-$127,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
