About the role
Your Mission
Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team - from first contact through to live transactions
Build and maintain integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring a smooth technical and commercial setup
Own a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels - track performance, flag risks, and lead resolution
Maintain and update a risk register for active partners, staying ahead of compliance, IPS, and acquirer requirements
Run the merchant account dashboard: volume limits, transactional data, status, and history - always current
Review and renegotiate financial conditions, including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits
Handle incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries - triage, own, and close
Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly
Identify opportunities to scale capacity and increase efficiency within existing solutions
What Makes You a Great Fit
2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding at a payment service provider, acquirer, or payment infrastructure company
Solid understanding of payment processing: approval rates, acquiring, financial settlements, risk and compliance frameworks
Hands-on experience working with merchant accounts and PSP relationships - you know how the ecosystem works
Comfortable working with dashboards and data - Excel at an intermediate level minimum; bonus points for experience with BI or operational tools
Ownership mindset: you manage your own workload, spot problems before they escalate, and bring solutions - not just status updates
Strong written and verbal communication - clear, structured, professional; able to work with international partners and internal stakeholders across functions
Resilient in ambiguity: able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve, and priorities shift
Fluent Russian and strong English
