In the role as (part-time) Master’s Student in Human Resources you will be part of the local & regional HR Teams Germany and Europe to collaborate closely with the HR community as well as local businesses. Together with the HR colleagues you will work daily on aligning Accelleron’s People Strategy with local business needs and putting these into actions. You will have the opportunity to combine academic learning and practical HR development in a decentralized and international HR setup, collaborating with multiple countries, stakeholders and employees.

Your Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations (Germany and Europe)

Contribute to international HR projects (e.g. potentially digitalization, process harmonization, HR analytics)

Support administrative activities

Assist in HR reporting, documentation, and labor law-related topics

Work with various HR functions (e.g. payroll, HR business partnering, talent acquisition)

Identify optimization and automation opportunities – incl. exploring the AI-potential in HR and beyond

Support HR health & wellbeing activities

Your Background:

Bachelor’s degree completed (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, HR or similar)

Enrolled or planning to enroll in a Master’s program with an HR focus

Strong interest in international HR topics and cross-cultural collaboration

Structured, independent working style and high willingness to learn

Fluent in German and English
