About the Role

As a Working Student in Sustainability Data & Digitalization, you will support the development of data-driven sustainability initiatives with a strong focus on environmental data, decarbonization, and digital transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sustainability, IT, and Engineering to enhance data processes, improve analytics capabilities, and help integrate sustainability into core business systems and decision-making.

What You Will Do

Support the development of business intelligence capabilities within the sustainability domain

Assist in digitalizing key environmental data processes and workflows

Improve and automate data collection and analysis in sustainability-related areas, such as carbon footprint and product carbon footprints (PCFs), using AI tools and models

Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to map existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement digital solutions for decarbonization initiatives

Support the integration of enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) with sustainability platforms

Contribute to data integration efforts, linking operational systems with sustainability metrics

Help embed environmental data into business planning and product development processes

What You Need to Be Successful

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Interest in sustainability, decarbonization, and environmental data analytics

Basic understanding or strong interest in data analytics, digital tools, and AI applications

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a cross-functional environment
