What you´ll bring

We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, commercial awareness and recruiting expertise.

You have

several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting or Executive Search

extensive Active Sourcing expertise and a passion for identifying passive candidates

strong experience recruiting commercial, technical and corporate professionals

confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms

experience building sustainable talent pipelines

a deep understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding

confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

a data-driven mindset and experience using recruiting KPIs

curiosity for AI-powered recruiting and emerging sourcing technologies

excellent communication skills in German and English
