Talent Acquisition Advisor

Salary: £32,000 – per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Remote OR Hybrid – Norwich /or Leeds

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure talent while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience.

You’ll be joining a welcoming and collaborative team with over 65 years’ combined talent acquisition experience, providing a supportive environment with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs

Screening and shortlisting candidates

Conducting phone, virtual and in-person interviews

Providing timely and constructive interview feedback

Managing offer processes and negotiations

Advertising vacancies across a range of platforms

Proactively sourcing candidates, including headhunting

Providing market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders

Managing candidate workflows through Workday

Working with external providers to ensure appropriate vetting and screening

Personal attributes

Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, changing workload

Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional manner

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Experience recruiting for creative or technology roles would be a real advantage

Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS would be beneficial
