About the role
About Evolutive:
Evolutive is a CRM platform used by organisations across the UK to deliver programmes that support businesses and individuals, many of which are funded through national government initiatives. Our clients include local authorities, universities, chambers of commerce, and organisations delivering business support, grant funding, and employability programmes.
The platform helps teams manage participant journeys, grants, marketing activity, and reporting through tools such as grant management, data dashboards, and diagnostic assessments. Each system is tailored to the needs of the organisation, with thousands of users across the UK relying on the software to manage their programmes efficiently.
About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst Apprentice to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in technology, data, or digital systems. In this role, you’ll work across our delivery, support, and data teams to help maintain and improve the systems our clients rely on every day.
You’ll help build online forms, support the development of Power BI dashboards, assist with data analysis, and contribute to ongoing improvements across our CRM platform. The role offers a broad introduction to working with SaaS software, data, and digital tools, with opportunities to learn from experienced team members and develop valuable technical skills.
We provide full training and support, so we’re primarily looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the design and specification of online forms and digital application processes
Assisting with the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Helping analyse and organise data to support client reporting and internal insights
Working with the delivery and support teams to understand client requirements
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical or data-related queries
Supporting wider improvements across the platform and internal systems
What we’re looking for:
An interest in technology, data, or digital systems
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Basic familiarity with Excel, data, or reporting tools
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Experience with CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or client-facing roles is helpful but not essential
Entry requirements:
Standard entry:
Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)
Plus:
5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
Experience with using Excel (in particular pivot tables and XLookup) and Microsoft products (or similar)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
