Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off / 18:00 -6:00 / Night Shift

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line manager to work the Night Shift

Role Purpose:

As a Days First Line Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse colleagues during night operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, driving performance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

Health & Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all activities comply with DHL's health and safety standards and legal requirements.

People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets. Manage attendance, conduct reviews, and support employee engagement.

Retail & Food Sector Experience: Apply your knowledge of retail and food logistics to manage temperature-controlled environments, product integrity, and customer expectations.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Utilise WMS to monitor performance, track inventory, and ensure accurate reporting. Troubleshoot system issues and support training for team members.

Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or FLM role, ideally within retail or food logistics.

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices

Effective leadership and team management skills.

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
