Key duties include:

Day-to-Day management of the site including colleague rotas, stock control and health & safety compliance

Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring all colleagues have clear targets to work towards

Responsible for meeting KPI Targets including sales & profitability

Complete relevant paperwork and maintain electronic databases/systems accurately

Skills & Experience:

Managerial experience within the Commercial Fleet sector, ideally in Tyre Fitting & Repair

Experienced in leading and training teams of Technicians

Committed to achieving targets, maximising profit and ensuring a flawless customer experience every time

Possess a full, current driving licence
