Job Description:
As a Director, Strategic Marketing for Mexico & Central America based in Mexico City Hub, you will shape the company’s marketing direction across both digital and traditional channels, driving measurable business growth.
This is a business-critical leadership role, where marketing serves as a key engine to accelerate pipeline generation, revenue growth, and brand positioning across the region.
You will identify market opportunities, define go-to-market strategies, and lead demand generation initiatives that directly impact business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive demand generation and revenue growth, ensuring strong ROI on marketing investments
Lead strategic marketing planning, including segmentation, positioning, and campaign development
Oversee marketing performance, budget management, and optimization
Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across channels
Lead digital transformation initiatives and omnichannel marketing strategies
Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform decisions
Collaborate with sales, product, and regional stakeholders (NAM) to ensure alignment
Lead and develop high-performing marketing teams
(External) English Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
12–15+ years of marketing experience, with leadership roles at Director/Head level
Strong background in B2B, multinational, and matrix organizations
Experience in manufacturing, product-based, or distribution-driven industries
Proven success driving:
Revenue growth
Demand generation
Marketing ROI
Expertise in channel marketing and partner ecosystems
Strong MarCom and Product Marketing / Product Management experience
Deep understanding of:
Customer journey
Multi-channel strategies
Marketing technology ecosystem
Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Fluent English (required)
Strong ability to work across cross-functional and regional teams
