Sales Operations Administrative – End Users
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and digitally savvy Sales Operations Administrative professional to join our End Users team.
This role plays a critical part in driving commercial efficiency by ensuring strong data management, KPI tracking, CRM discipline, and high-quality reporting. You will support key processes such as forecast management, account planning, opportunity tracking, and business performance analysis.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Business Units, Finance, Tendering), providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
What will you do?
Commercial Performance & KPI Tracking
Track and consolidate key commercial KPIs (orders, sales, pipeline, forecast, targets)
Prepare monthly performance reports and business reviews
Identify performance gaps and support action plan development
️ CRM Management & Data Quality
Manage and maintain CRM platforms (Salesforce / bFO)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across opportunities (value, stage, forecast, close date)
Monitor data quality and pipeline health
Forecast & Business Projections
Support weekly, monthly, and annual forecast cycles
Consolidate forecasts by account, KAM, and segment
Identify risks and opportunities impacting business performance
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Excel
Automate reporting processes and improve data reliability
Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions
Strategic Support & Account Planning
Support the development and update of strategic account plans
Prepare executive presentations for account and business reviews
Analyze commercial performance and growth opportunities
Opportunity & Tender Tracking
Monitor key opportunities within CRM
Review public tender portals such as Compranet and CFE
Support tracking and coordination of tender processes
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Business Units, Tendering)
Prepare reports, minutes, and follow-ups
Ensure deadlines and reporting timelines are met

Who are we looking for?
3–5 years of experience in:
Sales Operations
Commercial analysis / reporting
CRM management & forecasting
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Highly organized and results-driven
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI (intermediate to advanced)
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / bFO)
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Intermediate English proficiency
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City
Nice to have
Experience in B2B industries (energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology)
Knowledge of tender platforms (e.g., Compranet, CFE)
Experience supporting account planning
Experience automating reports or building dashboards
