1.Search for potential candidates on job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

2.Resume Screening

3.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

4.Assist with campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and hiring events

5.Maintained accurate recruitment records in the ATS
