Position:Human Resources Intern
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitmentchannels.• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.• Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.• Assist in document collection, verification, and employee file management.• Track attendance and prepare HR-related reports.• Support employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.• Draft HR communications, emails, letters, and announcements.• Maintain HR policies and compliance-related records.• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.Eligibility Criteria• Graduation or MBA (HR) – Mandatory.• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.• Good organizational and time-management skills.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.Preferred Skills• Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Learn• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle.• Employee onboarding and HR operations.• HR documentation and compliance management.• Employee engagement and performance management practices.• Professional communication and HR reporting.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
