Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Accounts Officer who can independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting, with the ability to handle the entire accounting cycle single-handedly.
Key Responsibilities :
Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations.
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within timelines.
Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, banks, and government authorities.
Process payroll accounting and salary reconciliations.
Monitor vendor payments and customer collections.
Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in independently handling complete accounts.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Payroll, ROC compliances and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred Industry Experience :
Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Healthcare, Scientific Equipment or Industrial organizations will be an added advantage.
Salary
18000 to 25000/month.
