About the role :

This position is for a seasoned professional in General Management, who works independently, leads small/medium programs, analyzes data, recommends resolutions for program problems, manages vendors, maintains progress reports, coordinates proposals, and participates in contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-site, multi-year AIoT managed services programs in collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Drive promoter-level NPS scores for assigned accounts, ensuring successful renewals and account growth.

Manage accounts through a structured governance framework, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with program sponsors.

Would be closely working with client to understand their requirement, make detailed projects plans understand the technical scope of work, tracking the progress of the project and reporting the deviations to the management.

Oversee budget creation and handle operational processes such as SAP transactions for material shipment, sales order (SO) creation, etc.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated effectiveness at the executive level.

Familiarity with SAP

Job Description

Leads small/medium programs to support the development of program plans, schedules and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility.

Analyzes data and monitors program to ensure adherence to organization's progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specifications.

Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.

Demonstrates continuous improvement including "lean as management" and "execution improvement initiative" to optimize efficiency and quality.

Identifies and addresses program problems, and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of programs.

Leads program work with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with the customer program objectives.

Manages vendors, when necessary, to support the program.

Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operation budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization's interests.
