The Assistant Manager - CAT Axis will play a crucial role in driving the operational and strategic initiatives within the CAT Axis team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to optimize processes.
Identify areas of improvement in current operations and propose solutions.
Lead and manage projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or customer service within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
