Job Overview

WebSenor is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.

Organize meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items.

Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them when necessary.

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates.

Support project managers in planning and resource coordination.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
