About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and successfully deliver Fixed Cost, Outcome-Based, and Time & Material (T&M) projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, structured project management expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Note: The contract may be extended or converted into a permanent role (C2H) based on project requirements and performance after the contract tenure.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Delivery

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets aligned with business goals.

Develop detailed project plans and ensure seamless execution across all project phases.

Manage project resources effectively to maximize productivity and achieve project milestones.

Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain project health.

Maintain risk registers and escalate critical concerns when required.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Provide regular project status updates, reports, and executive-level presentations.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure resource availability and utilization.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Identify gaps in project delivery processes and recommend improvements.

Promote the adoption of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Leverage knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies to drive innovation in application development lifecycles.

Contribute to the enhancement of PMO frameworks, governance models, and project standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

9–15 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Technical Project Management or Program Management.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Ability to drive teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Exposure to AI tools, methodologies, and emerging technology trends is highly desirable.
