Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Facilitate risk management processes to identify and mitigate potential project challenges.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and best practices.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service operations.

Ability to analyze and improve infrastructure service processes for enhanced efficiency.

Skilled in stakeholder communication and expectation management.

Competence in using project management tools and methodologies to track progress and outcomes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
