About the Roles

This is a permanent Accounts Executive (AR) position based in Tuas, working a 5-day schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm) within a manufacturing environment specialising in dairy products. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable functions in a structured ERP-driven setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Record and post sales invoices into Navision accurately and on a timely basis

Process incoming customer payments and maintain up-to-date receipt records

Generate daily accounts receivable reports for management review

Submit invoices to banks for financing arrangements when required

Monitor and prepare credit limit forecast reports to support sales operations

Issue customer Statements of Accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

Prepare balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records

Create and process debit notes and credit notes as required

Handle submission of insurance claims when necessary

Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between records and stock

Support month-end closing activities and other accounting duties as assigned

Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as required by the reporting supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or accounting functions

Familiarity with ERP systems, with preference for experience in Navision

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered an added advantage
