F&B MIXOLOGIST:
Gross Salary: From $3,000
Salary package is based on role responsibilities and operational working requirements
Locations includes, but not limited to:
Downtown MRT
Shenton Way MRT
Marina Bay MRT
Responsibilities
To ensure bar environment is well-kept and maintained, and to ensure all equipment and Bar utensils are washed and cleaned
To ensure service standard and customer satisfaction is maintained
To be able to do costing and the purchase of inventory particularly for Bar Department and agree on Non Disclose Clause of in-house recipes for beverages
To assist in daily stock take and inventory management, if required
To participate in all training programs relevant to the company’s businesses
Requirements
Looking for mixologists only
Advantage if you have minimum 1 year experience
Passion for the F&B industry; experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions
Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
