About the Roles

Join a freight forwarding company in Paya Lebar as a Head of Indoor Sales & Customer Service, where you will lead sales support and customer service functions in a permanent, full-time role. What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee indoor sales operations and sales support activities to ensure efficient service delivery for local clients.

Manage day-to-day customer requests related to Air & Ocean Freight (Import/Export), including end-to-end quotation preparation.

Design customized logistics solutions and pricing strategies for project cargo, oversized shipments, and container optimization.

Coordinate RFQs and support cross-border trucking operations between Singapore and Malaysia alongside the customer service team.

Work closely with management to drive and support indoor sales initiatives.

Handle inquiries from key accounts, including clients in the Oil/Drilling & Gas and furniture trading sectors.

Monitor and respond to overseas agent requests, ensuring timely and accurate quotations.

Support the General Manager in supervising customer service and sales support functions across operations.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or freight forwarding.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in engaging clients and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for quotation preparation and reporting.

Solid understanding of Air & Ocean Freight operations and project cargo handling.
