What you will do:
You will be responsible to Implements the analysis for a small product line by garnering feedback from product sales, marketing, and customers to understand market dynamics. Works closely with the development team to ensure product specifications meet customer demands.
How you will do it:
Financial: As a growth driver accountable for the HVAC and Data Center Thermal Management equipment revenue growth (factory level) in responsible region
Product portfolio management: With clear understanding of market needs and requirements and solicit customer feedback such as VOC to derive new product development programs and existing portfolio refinements to support long-term growth
Strategic positioning:
As technical advisor to sales groups to support early engagement and strategic positioning in key projects
Engagement with project stakeholders with sales groups and key account team to support technical discussions, drive early engagement and basis of design
Pricing: As CMPO (Coordinated Market Pricing Office) and pricing champion to undertake key projects equipment optimizations and value engineering
Training: Develop and deliver internal sales training to Applied and DC sales groups and support external customer educational and promotional events
Analytics: Support market studies and develop data driven analytics for product investment decisions and management reporting.
What we look for:
At least 5-8 years’ technical background and good commercial acumen
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business disciplines with minimum 5 yrs of exposures in HVAC and/or DC equipment sales/business development/product management/technical support role.
Good knowledge of DC and HVAC systems, markets requirements and dynamics, competitive landscape
A strong team player who takes lead of collaborative efforts across stakeholders of GPS and Field organizations
A pro-active driver with ownership mindset who can develop strategic actions and take ownership of execution for results
Demonstration of JCI winning behaviour attributes
A strong networker who can connect and engage customer decision makers and professional bodies to influence.
