(Entry Level) Sales/BD Manager (Medical Aesthetics)

Job Details:

Office Location: AMK

Basic Salary $3,000 - $4,500 + Commission + Phone allowance + Transport Claim + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and client relationships

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to drive business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

Provide product training, education, and ongoing customer support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account engagement.

Market Research & Strategy

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to support business strategies.

Sales Reporting & Operations

Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Prepare sales reports and business updates for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Other Responsibilities

Participate in product training and professional development activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, skincare products, or medical devices will be advantageous.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events as required.
