Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager
About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion for our medical aesthetic products and devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other medical professionals while implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the aesthetic and medical market.
Identify new business opportunities and the client base, including aesthetic clinics, medispas, and dermatology/plastic surgery practices.
Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support, training, and product education to medical professionals and clinic staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights on market needs and customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies tailored to target customers.
4. Training & Education
Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and seminars for clients and partners.
Educate customers on the benefits, application, and usage of medical aesthetic products.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine to provide expert advice
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline forecasts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, injectables, skincare, and medical devices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently.
Willingness to travel as required for client visits, training, and industry events.
