PMO / Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

PEOPLE

Liaise regularly with Project Managers on Project Requirements

Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.

Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.

Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal.

Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.

Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.

Time-sheet assignment.

PROCUREMENT

Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.

Track and ensure timely invoice submission & any correction request from client.

Purchase Order (PO) Tracking & Cost Management.

Track Vendor payment.

Filling contract documents.

ADHOC REQUESTS

Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, Analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc.)

Data Analysis and Reporting to Program Manager on an as needed basis

Customize company sales deck and presentations as required

Skills/Requirement

Degree Holder from an accredited institution.

A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.

2 + years of relevant experience as a PMO, preferably in ‘Financial Domain IT’ Industry

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).

Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula)

Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage

Experience in managing inventory lifecycle
