About the role
Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager on the day to day running of the project administration
Keep track of project billing cycle
Prepare invoices and keep track of Purchase Orders
Prepare correspondences and sent to authority according to the agreed referencing format
Follow-up with document submission as per the project schedule
Assist in the document formatting for document submission
Follow through with Document Control processes till official submission to customer
Management of Central Shared folder
Attend monthly progress meetings and preparation of monthly progress minutes of meeting and report
General admin duties including filing and ensuring documentation in place for audits
Maintain programme weightage register for monthly S-Curve generation
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business administration with 2 to 3 years project admin experience, supporting projects
Experience in handling government projects is preferred
Adaptable and able to work under pressure under a tight timeline
Licence no: 12C6060
Pay: Up to $3,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
