Junior PMO - Strong Excel

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula)

Experience in telco contract tracking, vendor coordination and data management are an advantage

Possess good written and documentation skills and effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDB system and network database.

Track the lifecycle of network assets.

Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification.

Telco Billing

Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.

Provide monthly costing for reporting.

Data Line Tracking and Contract Management

Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines.

Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers.

Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management.

Data Management and Reporting

Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize, analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewals and telco billing.

Education:

Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management, or relevant qualifications

At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
