About the Role
As a Growth Strategist, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new growth opportunities for software, platform, and hyperscaler clients within the CEO & Advisory practice. You will combine market insights, data analysis, and strategic thinking to design and execute go-to-market strategies that enable business expansion and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine growth strategies aligned with client business objectives and evolving market dynamics
Identify, quantify, and prioritize new growth opportunities across products, services, and markets
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, customer insights, and actionable recommendations
Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies, including operating model, channel design, launch, testing, and scaling initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to bring growth ideas to life
Engage senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment across initiatives
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting capability building and effective delivery
Drive continuous improvement by tracking performance metrics and optimizing growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or growth-focused roles
Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy development and execution
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex market and business data
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to lead initiatives and take ownership of outcomes in a dynamic environment
APAC market fluency in at least one of: SEA, ANZ, India or Japan
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in business growth strategy and business model innovation
Familiarity with digital products, platforms, artificial intelligence, and technology-driven business models, including hyperscalers, AI-native firms, and multi-sided platforms
Exposure to market analysis tools and frameworks
Prior experience in consulting or working with global clients
MBA from a top programme
