Client Success Specialist
About the role
We are looking for a Client Success Specialist (12-month fixed-term contract) to join our team in Milan.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, particularly in supporting digital solutions and related services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and driving client satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving requests and supporting product adoption concerning digital solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key responsibilities
Position yourself as an expert in our digital products and services by continuously maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product developments and roadmaps, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients
Drive the adoption of digital products and services, e.g. through client training to support customer retention and growth
Support clients with various requests and inquiries concerning our digital products and services
Assist with the implementation of digital products for our clients
Support the Account Management and Business Development teams in client discussions
Gather customer feedback to contribute to continuous product improvement
Coordinate data accuracy reviews with clients
Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders
About you
You have experience in customer support within a professional services or international B2B environment
You work in a quality- and customer-oriented as well as structured manner, know how to set priorities, and take initiative proactively
You are characterised by an independet, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with a hands-on mentality, and you are a strong team player
You are fluent in Italian and English, additional European languages are an advantage
You have successfully completed a degree or have a comparable qualification
