About our partner

On behalf of our partner Douglas, we seek the best talent to join rindus. Douglas is a retail company for beauty, health and cosmetic products in 19 European countries. We are collaborating to improve their main product channel, their e-commerce. With the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).

What you'll be doing

Manage and prioritize the Jira Service Management product backlog.

Gather and translate business requirements into platform solutions.

Support the design and optimization of JSM workflows, SLAs, request types, portals, and automations.

Contribute to the adoption of ITSM and Enterprise Service Management best practices.

Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Operations, and business teams.

Support platform governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor KPIs, reporting, and user feedback to drive enhancements.

What you'll bring

2–5 years of experience with Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem.

Working knowledge of:

Jira Service Management

Jira Software

Confluence

Assets (Insight)

Automation for Jira

Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Service Management Specialist, or similar role.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
