What You’ll Do

Plan, define, and optimize manufacturing processes for UAV system production

Translate engineering designs into practical, scalable production workflows

Work with R&D to bring new products from prototype to production

Create and maintain work instructions, assembly documentation, and technical procedures

Identify inefficiencies and lead hands-on improvements in the production line

Set up production workstations, tools, and equipment for new programs

Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Collaborate with quality and testing teams to ensure product standards are met

Support supply chain and logistics teams with technical input on production requirements

Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency

Requirements

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

5 years + of experience in a similar role within aerospace manufacturing or a related industry.

Experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, ideally in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes – mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and system-level builds

Project planning skills and a knack for keeping timelines and teams aligned

Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing and process optimization

Solid understanding of technical documentation and work instructions

Comfort working in a highly regulated environment with strict quality requirements

Fluency in English
