We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead Onboard & Urban Signalling projects in Madrid, driving execution and ensuring delivery of critical transport systems that connect cities and reduce carbon footprint.

Your role, your impact
Plan and manage full project execution from transfer to close-out, in line with Contract / Program Charter
Lead project teams, including core members and partners (internal & external)
Manage project performance (cash, margin, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction)
Ensure contract compliance and protect Alstom’s legal and contractual rights
Drive risk and opportunity management proactively
Align stakeholders and represent Alstom towards customers and partners
Monitor KPIs and report transparently to senior management
Ensure full compliance with EHS standards and Code of Ethics
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, finance, legal, operations and customer stakeholders - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field
5–8 years of Project Management experience
Background in railway systems is highly valued
Strong knowledge of project management processes
Experience managing subcontractors and diverse product environments
Experience working in multicultural and multinational contexts
Fluent Spanish and high level of English (French is a plus)
Goal-oriented mindset and strong leadership skills
How success is measured
Delivery on time, within budget and quality targets (QCD)
Project P&L performance and margin
KPI achievement (sales, physical progress, cash-in, customer satisfaction, EHS)
Stakeholder alignment and effective governance
Risk mitigation and opportunity capture
