We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual to oversee suppliers’ manufacturing activities, ensure compliance with technical requirements, and provide support in product validation.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret technical documentation (drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements), ensuring their correct application in manufacturing processes.
Supervise and monitor the quality of suppliers’ production processes, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and technical requirements.
Identify, document, and report technical issues to the engineering department - whether related to documentation or supplier execution - and collaborate in defining corrective actions.
Monitor supplier schedules, verifying compliance with deadlines, manufacturing milestones, and committed delivery dates.
Conduct technical inspections and audits at supplier facilities, evaluating processes, products, and quality systems.
In support of the design department, perform hardware and functional tests on prototypes and production equipment, validating their proper operation in accordance with specifications.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or similar).
Experience: Previous experience in industrial settings, preferably in supplier management, quality, or manufacturing.
. More than 5 years of experience in industrial environments, with responsibilities in supplier management, quality, or manufacturing processes.
Technical Knowledge:
. Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
. Experience conducting audits and technical inspections.
. Ability to perform functional tests and product validations.
Languages: Technical English proficiency (preferred).
Personal Skills:
. Analytical skills and attention to detail.
. Communication and teamwork skills.
. Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
. Ability to organize and track tasks and deadlines.
Availability: Willingness to travel to supplier facilities.
B1 driver’s license
The following will be highly valued:
. Previous experience working with international suppliers.
. Knowledge of quality standards (ISO or others).
. Experience in industrialization environments.
