Job Description
In a nutshell
The IT Business Analyst acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, working closely with Product Managers and development teams to deliver high-quality systems. The role plays a critical part in driving alignment, collaboration, and successful IT project delivery across regions.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
Based in Dublin, Ireland. You will be part of a global IT organisation, supporting business units, laboratory operations, and key stakeholders across regions, ensuring IT solutions align with business and operational goals.

By acting as the key liaison between business and IT, ensuring requirements are clear, structured, and actionable. You will support successful project delivery through strong collaboration, effective requirement management, and hands-on involvement throughout implementation and post go-live phases.

Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis
Experience with Azure DevOps
Experience working on ERP implementations
Background in healthcare or clinical environments is a plus
English proficiency: minimum B2+, ideally C1
