Employment Tax and Global Mobility Manager

Job Description
In this position, you will utilize your comprehensive expertise to counsel our clients on issues concerning employment tax, global mobility, social security and personal income tax. Your role involves guiding clients through the intricacies of cross-border employment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
Design workforce tax planning initiatives to optimize tax outcomes for clients.
Offer strategic advice on global mobility programs and their tax implications.
Manage tax aspects of global mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
Handle tax disputes and resolve global mobility-related issues.
Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with legal teams to address employment law and tax compliance.
Provide training on global workforce tax matters to clients and stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships and participate in business development initiatives to drive long-term business growth.
Manage and coach junior team members.
Qualifications
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Required Fields of Study: Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in employment tax, global mobility, expatriate tax, or personal income tax advisory services
Certification(s) Required: Irish Tax Institute (AITI) qualification, Chartered Accountant (ACA), ACCA, CPA Ireland, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dublin, County Dublin
