Early Years Educator – Full Time Bright Beginnings Crèche & Montessori – Churchtown, Dublin 14
Bright Beginnings Crèche & Montessori is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are a well-established service committed to providing a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and thrive through play.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to high-quality early childhood care and education.
Position Details
Full-time position – 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (No shift work- everyone starts at 8.30am and finishes at 5.30pm)
Located in Churchtown, Dublin 14
Service closed for two weeks over Christmas along with all bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and interests.
Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
Observe and document children’s learning and progress.
Work in partnership with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional team environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and families.
Follow all service policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant early years regulations.
Requirements
Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 6 or higher desirable).
Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Garda Vetting will be required.
