About the role
ABOUT US
Bleacher Athletic is the sports division of Cotton On Group, creating licensed apparel and fanwear across the AFL, AFLW and NRL.
Alongside this, we are the team behind Upstate Sport - a fast-growing women’s activewear brand born in the studio and built for real life. Designed to move seamlessly from workout to everyday wear, Upstate Sport blends performance, style and community.
With exciting growth plans ahead, this is an opportunity to join the brand at a pivotal stage and help shape what’s next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Upstate Sport brand continues to grow, we are looking for a part time (2 days per week) Planner to join the team! Working closely with the Brand Manager and the wider team, you’ll play a key role in partnering with Product, Design, and broader stakeholders to provide clear, data-led insights that support strong commercial decisions. You will analyse historical data to forecast future sales and help manage stock accuracy, flow, and volume to drive profitability across the brand.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your planning career and are passionate about using data to make meaningful impact, this could be your next move.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience working as a Planner where you have had exposure to sales budgets and experience using historical data to predict future trends

Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
In depth knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Management
