As a Community Manager for our Halcyon Edgebrook community - Eagleby, you will be the ambassador of the community and the trusted point of contact for home owners, playing a key role in shaping a positive day‑to‑day living experience.
We’re Looking For a…
In this highly visible client‑facing role where relationships matter, you’ll lead the smooth operation of the community, foster strong connections with home owners and stakeholders, and ensure the community runs safely, compliantly and within budget.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Halcyon community, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory and Stockland requirements
Build and maintain respectful, trusted relationships with home owners, acting as the primary point of contact
Coordinate community activities and facilities, supporting home owner interest groups and community events that encourage connection and belonging.
Work closely with the maintenance officer, contractors and service providers to meet maintenance, landscaping and operational needs
Manage community administration and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely and relevant information
Identify and address community issues early, remaining impartial, confidential and solutions‑focused
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance home owner experience and community wellbeing
Manage budgets, reporting and community financial administration
Work collaboratively with the Project, Marketing, Home Specialist and Sales teams
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people from all walks of life. You bring a calm, professional approach, thrive in a visible role, and take pride in creating environments where others feel welcome, heard and supported. You are confident multi-tasking, managing simultaneous competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Experience & Skills That Count
Experience in community management, hospitality, retirement living, concierge or customer‑focused environments
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
Proven administrative, reporting and governance capability
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office
