We're Looking For

A passionate Retail Manager to lead and enhance the performance and experience of a dynamic retail landmark at Wetherill Park.

What You’ll Do

Play a key role at one of Stockland’s strongest performing centres, operating in a fast paced, high traffic & sales environment, serving a diverse local community with a focus on accessibility, affordability and retailer success.

Sit at the centre of the asset’s performance, balancing commercial outcomes, retailer relationships and operational delivery to keep the centre performing at its best.

Assist with the day to day retail management of the centre, working closely within the Centre Manager and the Asset team to drive performance and create engaging customer experiences.

Partner with retailers to maximise sales, support trading success and deliver strong occupancy outcomes.

Manage tenancy delivery process

Maintain effective debtor control

Collaborate with marketing, operations and development teams to bring centre initiatives and activations to life while contributing to Stockland’s purpose of creating thriving, connected communities.

About You

Experience & Skills That Count

Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally within a shopping centre environment

Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with retailers and internal teams

Experience managing direct reports

Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities

Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills

Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, business or a related field preferred
