Total Tools Coopers Plains is looking for a Full Time Store Manager, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
The primary purpose of the Store Manager position is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance and operational excellence through effective and proactive store management practices. This role is accountable for leading all aspects of store operations to consistently exceed customer expectations and achieve strong commercial outcomes.
The Store Manager will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset - taking ownership of the business, identifying growth opportunities, and making commercially sound decisions to optimise performance across sales, merchandising, and team engagement. By fostering a high-performance culture and leading by example, the Store Manager will inspire their team to deliver outstanding service and results.
A strong understanding of, or passion for, tools and delivering value to trades and customers is highly desirable, ensuring the store remains a trusted destination for expertise, solutions, and service excellence.
What will you be doing?
Coaching and developing your team’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure a successful store culture
Ensuring the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store
Providing exceptional customer service to customers, and offering solutions as required
Developing a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and KPIs
Does this sound like you?
Sound experience in retail sales, team development and leadership
Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team, and managing performance as required
A strong customer service focus
Ability to manage multiple priorities, within a fast-paced team environment
A creative approach to Visual Merchandising
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An eye for detail, with a desire to drive strong financial results
A self-motivated, self-starter, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
