About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team who are delivering improved facilities for staff and consumers within MHDA. You will manage a range of projects with a variety of teams across all sites within NSLHD. And you will be accountable for the management and delivery of projects and upgrades within planned schedules and budgets.

Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until 5 April 2027 (with possibility of ongoing employment)

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4

Remuneration: $2,829.76 - $3,371.44 per week

Where you'll be working

Macquarie Hospital (Mental Health Drug & Alcohol)

What you'll be doing

Leadership role within Mental Health Drug and Alcohol (MHDA) on projects requiring high level project and/or change management skills, processes, tools and strategies. Provides expert advice and support to MHDA project managers and relevant others on matters relating to change and/or project management strategies and solutions.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in the specialist knowledge base of project management, change management and enterprise risk management.

Demonstrated ability and success in management of the multiple complex tasks and processes in effective leadership of change/project teams to successful outcome achievement.

Proven superior planning, organisational, problem solving and evaluation (analytical) skills.
