YOUR IMPACT
Establish and lead the Supply Chain Capital Program Management Office, bringing structure, discipline and consistency to how capital projects are governed and delivered. Each day centres on setting standards, reviewing portfolio performance and aligning stakeholders across Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and project teams. You ensure capital investment decisions are supported by rigorous data, strong governance and clear reporting routines. The outcome is a portfolio that is visible, controlled and aligned to the Mid‑Term Plan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish capital governance frameworks, embedding Stage-Gate and Front-End Loading (FEL) processes to drive disciplined investment decisions and lifecycle compliance
Oversee portfolio reporting routines, providing accurate visibility across financials, risks and performance while maintaining integrity of capital systems such as Altus
Coordinate capital planning and approval processes, managing charters, investment requests and executive submissions alongside Finance to ensure aligned funding decisions
Strengthen project controls across timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation, linking delivery outcomes to post-implementation insights
Lead the PMO support team and partner across Manufacturing Capital Managers, Strategic Projects, Procurement and Finance to ensure prioritised and aligned program delivery
ABOUT YOU
You bring experience in project coordination or PMO environments, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings
You apply strong knowledge of project management tools, systems and processes, including platforms such as MS Project, PowerBI and PPM
You demonstrate financial acumen, with exposure to cashflow forecasting, benefit tracking and capital reporting
You influence and build alignment with senior stakeholders, navigating complex cross-functional environments with confidence
You operate with a structured mindset, shaping governance, change and communication approaches in evolving project environments
