We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive market execution and growth across Central Europe, acting as a strategic link between customers, Sales, FAE, and Divisions, with a strong focus on Resistors (Precision, Power and Variable Resistors).
Location: everywhere in Germany / remote
What you will be doing:
Own regional market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors).
Translate divisional product strategy into focused regional Go‑To‑Market actions.
Act as a strategic technical interface for key customers.
Driving designs at the end customers
Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities.
Be the Voice of the Customer, influencing product roadmaps.
Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment across Sales, FAE, and Divisions.
Support opportunity prioritization, pricing strategy, and disciplined execution.
What you will bring along:
ground in Electronics / Physics or similar.
Solid experience with resistors and passive components.
Exposure to automotive, industrial and aeronautics customers and distribution.
Structured, proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills and hands‑on mentality.
Willingness to travel mainly within Central Europe
Fluent English and German (French would be a bonus)
Good knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office, Business Objects.
