About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Product Owner to envision and deliver data products to drive HR business intelligence and reporting needed to achieve top company objectives. This position is an exciting opportunity to join the Wells Fargo Human Resources BI Product team as a Business Intelligence Product Owner responsible for developing a portfolio of analytical dashboards and data products. This team provides leadership with on-demand insight into key Human Resource metrics, enabling efficient and high-quality people decisions. As a Product Owner, you will provide direction to a team of data professionals and collaborate with technology and data partners to transform analytics delivery leveraging evolving cloud and visualization technologies in a fast-paced Agile environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead cross-functional initiatives with broad impact, serving as a key participant in planning and delivery of BI products supporting HR priorities
Translate complex HR and business challenges into user-centric dashboards, reports, and insights leveraging Power BI and cloud-based analytics
Apply strong product and customer mindset to prioritize work driving measurable OKR’s
Collaborate with technology, data engineering, and HR partners to define requirements and deliver scalable analytical solutions
Influence and guide a team of data professionals to deliver actionable insights that inform enterprise talent, learning, and performance strategies
Drive adoption of analytics products and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
Serve as a peer mentor and thought partner within an Agile product development model
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience collaborating with non-technical partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions
Strong background in data analysis, insight generation, and storytelling
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python/R
Experience aggregating and visualizing complex HR or human capital data
Working knowledge of data management and wrangling tools
Familiarity with HR systems including Workday, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Exposure to learning experience platforms such as Degreed
Experience working within Agile or iterative product delivery environments
Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
Ability to travel 5-10% of the time.
Base Salary Range for Minneapolis: $110,000 - $179,000 USD
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
