QC Analyst

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a QC Analyst to support a Deloitte project by ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of enterprise software applications. This role combines manual testing, defect analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute test cases and document test results to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.

Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaborate with developers and project teams to understand application functionality and testing requirements.

Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not impact existing functionality.

Participate in test planning, test case creation, and peer reviews.

Support functional, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.

Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates on testing progress.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a QA Tester, QA Analyst, or Software Test Engineer.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.

Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and test plans.

Ability to identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.

Experience performing regression, functional, and integration testing.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Salary Range:

$75,000 – $95,000 USD
