JOB PURPOSE
The Supply Planning role is responsible for ensuring consistent/perfect service to our customers by solving short- and mid-term supply challenges. Being a complexity champion, planner uses continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery. Armed with a problem-solving mindset and technological dexterity, the planner practices "solve it once and for all' motto in order to spend time on more value adding tasks.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Accountable for creating the supply plan, implementing the supply by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing exceptions to proactively mitigate risks;
Provide feedback to Demand Planners on risks and opportunities;
Leader of a team that perform the following activities for Beauty & Wellbeing Brazil: MPS, MRP, Line schedule, partnering third party manufacturers planning and DRP (shipment plan to DCs to dynamically meet customers’ orders);
Responsible for leading Demand-Supply Review meetings;
Monitor and action waste prevention – Finished Goods, Packing and Raw;
Manage crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.;
Responsible to inform Demand Planning about stock unavailability;
Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and model plans according to targets;
Collaborate with innovation planning team in the Business Unit, providing inputs during innovation and strategic/VIP projects mainly providing inputs about phasein/phase out plans, portfolio changes/relaunch, RPM balancing to assure zero waste;
Interacts with Logistics (allocation and transportation) team, Logistics Operations Planning team (LOP) , DC team (e.g. to review and monitor DC occupation, Invoice release and hold etc);
Discuss issues and constraints with Customer Excellence team and Logistics team during the execution of the monthly plans.

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Planning Mastery (MPS, MRP, LS, DRP)
Inventory management

Data Driven Decision Making
Digital Mindset (to use & deploy Planning tools – e.g Kinaxis)
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
